Our panettone is the authentic expression of Sardinian confectionery art, a perfect combination of simplicity, essentiality and tradition. Prepared with sourdough, enriched with raisins, candied citrus peel and a unique ingredient that makes it special: 100% Sardinian almonds, carefully selected to enhance the flavor and authenticity of an artisanal product.

 Fruit of our family's experience in the Panificio Ovodda, the Panettone di Sardegna is born in a place where the knowledge of the ancient art of bread making merges with innovation, keeping alive the tradition and quality of the authentic flavors of our land.

 (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid),
 sugar, sugar glaze 7.3% (sugar, vegetable fat (coconut), wheat starch, wheat flour)
 rice, egg white), egg yolk, natural yeast 3.5% (wheat flour, water), egg zest
 candied citron 3.2% (citron, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose; acidity regulator: citric acid)
